The accessibility services in rooms and common areas that Hacienda Arroyo La Playa has at our customer’s disposal are:
- Magnetic Loop in reception and social lounge
- Hotel map in relief and Braille.
- Room signs in Braille.
- Rooms’ bathrooms are equipped with floor-level shower trays and handrails both in shower and toilets.
- Accesible mechanisms for opening and closing windows and accessible air conditioning devices
- Wi-fi in all Hotel areas (rooms, terrace, courtyard, lounge and green areas)
- Restaurant menus in Braille.
- We have seats for shower if required.
